PMG Precision Mechanics Group GmbH

As an international company, PMG Precision Mechanics Group GmbH produces precision components in the aerospace industry. Our portfolio includes the production of milled and turned parts made of titanium, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys. The process chain also extends from CAD / CAM development to procurement in accordance with the aviation standard EN9100 to surface treatment and painting. Module assembly is also offered.

At the Wilsdruff location near Dresden, we have 65 employees on an area of ~ 3,000 m² and a machine park of 26 CNC machining centers in 3-shift operation, producing precision parts for well-known customers in the international aerospace industry. We use the most modern high-speed machines in our CNC machining centers and participate in national research projects with the TU Dresden and the Fraunhofer Institute.

We have special experience in the development and implementation of economical machining strategies for light, thin-walled and geometrically demanding components. In addition, our company is 100% in Saxon hands.

There are synergy potentials in the markets we supply, especially in the area of titanium alloys and their processing. These synergy potentials enable us to offer our customers a comprehensive range of services from advice on new projects to joint development and ready-to-install system assemblies that are ready for series production.

When it comes to the environment and sustainability, we are also starting out with innovative strength. One of the largest photovoltaic systems in the region is currently being completed on our company premises on an area of 7,000 square meters. The photovoltaic system is the first step in a comprehensive catalog of measures for sustainable production at the Wilsdruff site. Further measures in terms of the environment and sustainable production are already being implemented. We will gradually convert our vehicle fleet to electromobility and provide our employees with charging stations for their electric vehicles.
