Cotesa is a private limited company specialized in serial production of fibre reinforced plastic parts mainly for the aircraft industry. The company has developed to an important series supplier for aircraft manufacturers since the foundation in 2002. Our success is based on high quality, order processing on schedule and attractive prices. Long term stability coupled with the dynamic of an innovative medium-sized enterprise are connecting to a maximum benefit for our customers. The basis of our work is a certified quality management system and successful quality audits by our customers (for example Airbus, Airbus Helicopters, ESW, Diehl). Extreme light curved sandwich structures, CFRP profiles and bullet proof light constructional components are among our main production competences. Components with a size of 8 m x 2 m are realizable. Our company has modern production facilities endowed with multiple autoclaves and modern CNC machining equipment. The production flow is controlled by a modern electronic resources planning system (SAP). Components, jigs and tools are developed in our own design department with CATIA V5.
